The items were in binders in a backpack that was found in Lancaster.
Lancaster police are trying to reunite a backpack filled with stamps and historical photos with its owner. The backpack was found in the 500 block of Fourth Street in August.Police are putting the information out now because no one has claimed it.The backpack contained three binders that police believe to be a valuable collection of stamps and historical photos.
