CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Lancaster County man will serve between 34 and 69 years in prison for his role in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, prosecutors in Chester County said Thursday.
Wheatcraft issued a sentence of 34.5 to 69 years, according to District Attorney Christopher De Barrena-Sarobe, who said the defendant had"an extensive criminal history" that includes convictions of robbery, aggravated assault, and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance. According to prosecutors, Carr was part of a drug distribution operation that was operating in southern Chester County. State Police and Chester County Detectives identified Carr and other participants as part of the distribution ring.
