The Lancaster County District Attorney has handed over her investigation into suspected fraudulent voter registration applications to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. The case, which involved roughly 2,500 applications intercepted by the Lancaster County Board of Elections in October, spanned multiple counties. The Attorney General's office will now lead the investigation.
The Lancaster County District Attorney has officially handed over her investigation into fraudulent voter registration applications to the PA Attorney General.According to a release from the DA on Tuesday, the Attorney General informed her office this month that they would be the lead investigators for the case.
“I want to thank the Lancaster County Detectives who worked diligently on this investigation over the past several months and commend them for the work they did in advancing the investigation,” Adams said.
