The automobile brand hopes to recreate the success of a similar project in Dubai that was sold out before being built.

Rather than opting for vertical height, Lamborghini's venture in Spain takes a different approach by offering expansive spaces with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The site is a hillside near the village of Behanavis, a mere 15-minute drive from the city of Marbella, which has a marina, golf clubs, and a beach., the villas will not be shaped to resemble the supercars directly. Instead, they will subtly reflect elements of Lamborghini's distinctive style.

The renderings reveal that the villas feature a minimalist design and are strategically positioned at varying elevations to provide their owners unobstructed views of the sea.The project offers three categories of villas for interested buyers - Diamante, Zafiro, and Esmeralda. According to Dar Global's website, the Diamante villas are spread over four levels and offer six bedrooms. Zafiro villas also comprise four levels with five bedrooms while the Esmeralda offers four bedrooms.

Each villa comes with its own private pool, floor-to-ceiling windows for ample natural light, and views of the Mediterranean Sea. The interiors will feature marble floors, leather and glass elements, and generous open spaces to will reflect Lamborghini-class luxury living. This is a strategic collaboration driven by shared values of excellence, quality, and innovation," Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, stated in a statement. "Dar Global’s experience in creating luxury properties in combination with Lamborghini’s design philosophy has led to this stunning achievement.”

It goes without saying that these villas are not intended for ordinary living, and Lamborghini has chosen not to disclose the pricing details for these exclusive properties. Lamborghini, however, remains hopeful that, similar to its project in Dubai, the endeavor in Spain will also gain momentum and experience a successful sell-out. The construction of the project is expected to be completed by 2027.
