The monochromatic Brabus 900 Superblack and Mint share the same specifications but come in different skins
Brabus revealed its first Lamborghini builds based on Urus SE. Superblack and Mint feature visual, power, and interior upgrades. Plug-in hybrid tuned to 888 hp with faster 0–62 mph sprint time. Tired of squeezing new tricks out of Mercedes models, Brabus has shifted its attention to Lamborghini ’s cash-printing Urus SUV , rolling out two new builds.
Both are based on the facelifted plug-in hybrid version and come loaded with the usual Brabus arsenal: more power, a custom body kit, massive wheels, a lowered suspension setup, and fully overhauled interiors. More: Brabus Didn’t Just Tune This Car, They Deleted Its Past The two models are named Brabus 900 Mint and Brabus 900 Superblack, with the titles clearly reflecting their visual identity. Of the pair, the Mint is the obvious head-turner, finished in a vivid pastel green that covers virtually every inch of the car, inside and out. Styling upgrades are relatively restrained by Brabus standards. Each SUV gets a new front splitter, revised intake garnish, widened fender flares, a chunkier lip spoiler, and a new rear diffuser featuring quad tailpipes. These parts are finished in visible carbon fiber on the Superblack, while the Mint version keeps things monochromatic with matching body-colored components. Suspension is handled by Brabus’s SportXtra module, which lowers the ride height by up to 20 mm, or 0.8 inches, improving stance and road presence. The interior has received the Brabus Masterpiece treatment with heaps of quilted and perforated leather, Alcantara microfiber inserts, and aluminum and carbon fiber details. Once again, the color schemes mirror the exterior, offered in either deep black or mint. A Hybrid On Steroids The combined output of the plug-in hybrid system has been increased from 789 hp and 950 Nm of the standard Urus SE to 888 hp and 1,050 Nm of torque. This was made possible thanks to the Brabus PowerXtra LG40-900 upgrade for the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8, leaving the electric motor intact. Acceleration improves slightly as a result, with both versions hitting 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. That’s a 0.2-second improvement over the stock Urus SE, though still just behind the Mansory Venatus, which claims 2.9 seconds to the same mark and a higher top speed of 323 km/h. Both Brabus builds retain the Urus SE’s 312 km/h top end. What Will This Cost You? As expected, exclusivity comes with a price tag. The Brabus 900 Superblack starts at €544,098, or around $645,600 at current exchange rates. The Mint, a bit pricier, comes in at €583,071, roughly $691,900. These figures are well above the standard Urus SE, but still undercut the Mansory Venatus by a fair margin.
