“That same energy and hunger to win every game,” said senior safety Cory Mathews. “We practice hard at practice to be as great as we can.” The season starts Thursday night against Atascocita, the same team that knocked the Texans out of the playoffs. “I’ve been waiting for this moment to get back at Atascocita, we need this time to shine,” said senior center Danny Stein.“I’ve been waiting for my time for the get back, so stay tuned!” said senior offensive lineman Dramodd Odoms.“We know how to work together and put on a show every game,” said Stein.“We have the core, and we have the trenches and that gives me a lot of hope.” said Lindsey.Murrow and Emmy award-winning sports anchor & reporter.
