Lamar Jackson has officially been ruled out for the Ravens’ playoff game against the Bengals
on Dec. 4. In his stead, quarterback Tyler Huntley led them to a 3–2 record before Anthony Brown took the reins in Week 18’s loss against the Bengals. The Bengals won the NFC North as a result and will host the Ravens in the first round of the playoffs.
Jackson becomes a free agent in 2023 after he and the Ravens could not decide on a contract extension before the start of the ’22 season. Whether he’s able to return in the playoffs or not, the 26-year-old quarterback will return to the negotiating table this offseason.
