On Tuesday, the Los Angeles Lakers' team YouTube channel showed off L.A. players wearing the club's latest City Edition 'California Destiny' jerseys, showcasing a fresh black-to-purple color fade and a gold 'Lake Show' branding across the chest plate.'Man, these might be my favorite, I'm not even gonna lie to you,' point guard D'Angelo Russell said.'Ooh, 'Lake Show,'' power forward Rui Hachimura commented.
The Lakers, however, showed off the court on their official X account Tuesday morning:'And the new Jumbotron too right?' Christie inquired about the adjusted look. 'We upgraded a lot this year, it's gonna be good.''Oh, I think it goes with the jerseys perfect,' L.A. swingman Austin Reaves said.'Oh, so when we wear these, this is gonna be the court?' four-time All-NBA center/power forward Anthony Davis inquired of the Lakers' off-camera video team.
