Will new acquisitions help save a franchise that is nearing a meltdown?
Hey everyone, it’s Dan Woike with the Los Angeles Times, excited to be back after a brief hiatus from the Lakers newsletter.
Augustin, like Gabriel, is expected to be in uniform and available to debut for the Lakers on Thursday. Lakers coach Frank Vogel said he wasn’t sure if either would play. It’s possible Augustin’s shooting and experience operating in smaller lineups will give the Lakers some help.
