\Brian Windhorst, when questioned about the Lakers' potential for further trades before the deadline, emphatically stated, 'No way.' He asserted, 'They don't have a starting caliber center. I would expect the Lakers, by Thursday, to have acquired another center. Now, is it going to be their center of the future? They'll try, but I think it could also be a stop-gap.' \Windhorst further explained, 'They're in good playoff position right now. They can improve this roster and improve this year, but you need a center. One, to defend the rim. Secondly, Luka thrived the last couple of years with the centers in Dallas. So they got to address that. So keep an eye for the Lakers to at least one more move, maybe even two.'
