The international Crushie Awards recognize breweries’ achievements in marketing.

Craig Bradley, co-owner of Vector Brewing and the creative director, said that the award was a fun thing to receive.

“Honestly, it’s a fun thing we wanted to enter. Me being a graphic designer by trade, I always enjoy doing graphic design and doing all the packaging. It’s nice being recognized for the work we do,” Bradley said. Bradley and his wife Veronicaat the start of the pandemic, selling beers on tap as well as wine, cider, mead, and plenty of food.

As the awards continue to grow and gain more traction, Bradley hopes that more D-FW breweries will enter next year.“Marketing is the best way to sell, so I hope more breweries pay attention to how they get their beer out there and pay attention to marketing and how they present their beer, as well as their formula,” Bradley said.Co-founder of Craft Beer Marketing Awards James McCane said he hopes the awards continue to get bigger.

“The great part is that any entry, win or not, gets their project critiqued by influential beer and design experts. The brewer can see the insight, improve and recompete if they want,” McCane said.
