FBI agents identified Llamas, Siemers and Swoope by watching videos of the attack posted online, body camera videos of officers, cellphone data and interviews with people who knew them, according to court records. The crowd pushed through the line of officers into the building, and Swoope joined in, according to court records. He pulled out a can of chemical spray and sprayed it at the line of officers.
