The warrants issued have a life of two years and can be accelerated to expiry with 30 days notice if the share price reaches $0.65 for ten consecutive days following four months from the closing date.
Net proceeds will be used for advancing mineral properties and general working capital. The securities issued are subject to a standard four-month and one-day hold period in Canada. They are not registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933 and cannot be offered or sold in the US without registration or applicable exemptions. LaFleur Minerals is focused on developing gold projects in the Abitibi Gold Belt near Val-d'Or, Quebec. Their key projects are the Swanson Gold Project and the Beacon Gold Mill and Property. The Swanson Gold Project covers over 15,000 hectares and includes several gold and critical metals-rich prospects previously held by Monarch Mining, Abcourt Mines, and Globex Mining. LaFleur has recently consolidated a large land package encompassing the Swanson, Bartec, and Jolin gold deposits, along with other showings that make up the Swanson Gold Project. The project benefits from road accessibility and a rail line running through the property, providing direct access to nearby gold mills. LaFleur's fully-refurbished and permitted Beacon Gold Mill has a capacity of over 750 tonnes per day and is being considered for processing mineralized material from Swanson and for custom milling operations for other nearby gold projects
