Pop icon Lady Gaga has announced her seventh studio album, titled 'LG7', set to release in 2025. The album, described as having a 'pop-heavy' sound, is a journey of self-reflection and facing past demons. Gaga has already released three singles: 'Disease', 'Die With a Smile' (a duet with Bruno Mars), and 'Mayhem'.

“The album started as me facing my fear of returning to the pop music my earliest fans loved,” Gaga said in an announcement, describing writing the album’s songs was like “reassembling a shattered mirror: even if you can’t put the pieces back together perfectly, you can create something beautiful and whole in its own new way.”having a very pop-heavy sound. Many fans speculate that it may even resemble some of the artist’s early work such asin December 2024. “And it ends with love.
She continued, “Every song that I wrote, I just kept getting kind of swept away in these different dreams I was having about the past — almost like a recollection of all these bad decisions that I made in my life.”is Gaga’s duet with Bruno Mars “Die With a Smile” which was released on August 16, 2024. There are murmurs that The Weeknd and Peggy Gou will feature on the album, but it’s entirely possible the project will be short on collaborations.
Gaga’s collaboration with Bruno Mars, “Die With a Smile,” will also feature on the album. The album’s title track and third single, “Mayhem,” is to be released on February 2, 2025 with an accompanying music video that will air during the 2025 Grammy Awards.The 14-track project does not have a full track list just yet, but features the singles “Disease,” “Die With a Smile,” and “Mayhem.
