A rendering of the Van Nuys station of the proposed East San Fernando Valley Light Rail Transit Project. The project, which will cost $3.57 billion, began construction. Meetings are being held by LA Metro to explain construction schedule, street closures, real estate acquisitions and other issues. Next meeting is Thursday, Nov. 7 on Zoom. A second meeting held in person will be on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024.
