Voters cast their ballots for the 2024 California primary election at Pasadena Presbyterian Church in Pasadena on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Monday, Oct. 21, is the deadline to register to vote if you want a vote-by-mail ballot sent to your home. And starting Oct. 26, Los Angeles County voters can vote in person at select vote centers.Those who miss Monday’s deadline can still vote but must show up in person to a vote center to register to vote and cast their ballot., L.A.
Vote centers will be open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Oct. 26 through Nov. 4. And on Nov. 5 – Election Day – vote centers will be open longer hours, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Those who wish to vote in person but don’t want to wait until Oct. 26 can cast their ballots now at the L.A. County registrar’s office in Norwalk, at 12400 Imperial Highway, Room 3002, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.In a mailbox, postage-free. Don’t forget to sign and date the return envelope. Your ballot will be counted as long as it’s postmarked by Nov. 5..
