At time of reporting, 379 residents are hospitalized with Covid-19; 23% of them are in the ICU.
Covid test results have now been made available to more than 6,571,000 individuals, with 17% testing positive. Today’s daily test positivity rate is 0.6%. Six of today’s new deaths were of people over the age of 80, with nine people between the ages of 65 and 79 lost to the virus. Two who died were between 50 and 64 years years of age, with two dying between ages 30 and 49. One of the deaths reported came from the City of Long Beach.
