After making it all the way to the Super Bowl last season, San Francisco is just 5-7 in 2024.

The San Francisco 49ers entered 2024 with one of the top rosters in football and one of only a consensus handful of teams with a shot at winning Super Bowl LIX.

That was until—among other bumps in the road—star running back Christian McCaffrey missed the beginning of the season"We knew coming into this year we were going to have to work to," the 44-year-old said of his team.
