Despite the ex-couple’s claims that they were gradually working on their marriage, it seems like Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are doing nothing to accommodate that. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pairing are in therapy on their own, but not couple’s therapy.
Back in July, fans were shocked when People announced that Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have decided to separate after 27 years of marriage. “Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof. They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family,” the outlet said at the time.
Since then, the couple have made it known that they were going through “rough patches” in their marriage, but were not headed for divorce. “In regards to the news that came out about us today…Any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue,” the reality star wrote on Instagram in July. “However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage.”“There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part,” she continued. “Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative.
