With Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio having appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, is a Jessica Jones return possible?
During a recent appearance on the podcast Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum, Ritter was asked about the odds of her ever returning to the role of Jessica Jones. Rosenbaum specifically brought up the fact that Cox and D’Onofrio are back as Daredevil and Kingpin, respectively. However, Ritter said she had no clue as to if a Jessica Jones return would happen in the MCU, but she would love to do it if given the chance.
“I have no idea,” said Ritter of a Jessica Jones return. “I hope so! I think that people love Jessica, I know because I live it. Honestly, I don’t know…Marvel is so secretive, I am just putting that out there that, of course, I would be there in a second. I would have my boots and jacket on, ready to rock.”ts three-season run
. Ritter also appeared in the 2017 Netflix series The Defenders, which connected the various Netflix Marvel characters of Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist into one team. Currently, it’s unclear whether or not Ritter, Mike Colter , or Finn Jones will appear in future Marvel Studios projects.
