Kroger, one of the U.S.' largest grocery store chains, is venturing into the digital sports betting market. Customers can sign up with gaming operators like ESPN BET, PENN Entertainment, and OwnersBox through Kroger's retail stores and gas stations. This move aims to boost customer engagement and explore new marketing strategies. Kroger previously installed sports betting kiosks in Ohio stores last year.
