Bags of collard greens sold in Kroger grocery stores across 10 states are being voluntarily recalled due to possible contamination with the bacteria listeria. During routine product testing, the Tennessee Department of Agriculture discovered the possible contamination in 16-ounce bags of Kroger collard greens, supplied by Baker Farms, based in Norma Park, Georgia. There are no reported cases of consumers becoming ill as a result of consuming the recalled product, the U.S.

They were previously distributed in: AlabamaArkansasGeorgiaKentuckyMississippiSouth CarolinaTennesseeIllinoisIndiana Missouri How to identify an affected product You can identify if you purchased an affected product based on its code and expiration date. Look for a UPC code of 11110-18171 with a Best By date of 10-16-2023 and production code 110093-387. If you have purchased an affected product, dispose of it or return it to a store for a full refund.
