The Kraven the Hunter video has officially dropped for the upcoming Marvel movie starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson.
“Kraven the Hunter is the visceral, action-packed origin story of how and why one of Marvel’s most iconic villains came to be,” reads the official synopsis. “Aaron Taylor-Johnson plays Kraven, a man whose complex relationship with his ruthless father, Nikolai Kravinoff, starts him down a path of vengeance with brutal consequences, motivating him to become not only the greatest hunter in the world, but also one of its most feared.
Kraven the Hunter is directed by Oscar nominee J.C. Chandor from a screenplay co-written by Richard Wenk , Matt Holloway, and Art Marcum. The ensemble cast includes Taylor-Johnson as he takes on the mantle of the titular Spider-Man villain, a Russian immigrant named Sergei Kravinoff; Fred Hechinger as Chameleon, Kraven’s half-brother; Oscar nominee Ariana DeBose as Calypso, the occasion partner and lover of Kraven; and Russell Crowe and Levi Miller in undisclosed roles.
