KPKT, DBKL bincang isu kebersihan penyelenggaraan infrastruktur, kata menteri

Menteri Pembangunan Kerajaan Tempatan Nga Kor Ming berharap kesemua 155 PBT di seluruh negara dapat mewujudkan unit pemantauan kebersihan tandas awam.– Gambar fail The Malaysian Insight, 4 Januari, 2023.

Menterinya Nga Kor Ming berkata hasil lawatan di Dataran Merdeka semalam, beliau mendapati terdapat masalah yang melibatkan beberapa bumbung siling tandas awam lelaki rosak, paip air tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan sabun pencuci tangan tidak diisi semula. Beliau berkata perkara ini perlu dilihat kerana kebersihan tandas awam bertaraf ‘BMW’ iaitu Bersih, Menawan dan Wangi berkait rapat dengan imej negara khususnya di destinasi utama pelancongan selain bagi meningkatkan persepsi positif rakyat terhadap pihak berkuasa tempatan .
