Kota Kinabalu: Junior Chamber International (JCI) Tanjung Aru will host the 2024 JCI Malaysia National Convention.
JCI Tanjung Aru Bidding Chairperson Amanda Yong Man Weng said they have successfully secured the hosting rights for 2024 during the 2023 JCI Malaysia National Convention held at Courtyard by Marriott in Malacca.She said the three-day 2024 National Convention to be held in Kota Kinabalu from Oct 10 is expected to be attended by over 1,000 JCI members from various regions.
“We’ve initiated collaborations with government and business partners to ensure this convention shines brightly in Sabah. “Preparations are underway and we look forward to collaborating closely with all related parties for a successful convention,” she said in a statement.
JCI Tanjung Aru has received numerous awards, including the 2023 JCI Malaysia Area Sabah Best of the Best Award, 100pc Efficiency Award, 3-Star Award and the Most Outstanding Impactful Project Award. “We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sabah Tourism Board and Core Advisors LTD for their unwavering support. They have also committed to supporting the 2024 National Convention,” she said.
