: Anggaran kos keseluruhan penyediaan infrastruktur Transit Aliran Ringan di Johor dianggarkan menelan belanja RM16.7 bilion, berbanding RM7 bilion bagi penyediaan infrastruktur Transit Aliran Autonomi .
“Bagi infrastruktur depoh dan stesen LRT, ia memerlukan pengambilan tanah untuk depoh di Desa Jaya dan pengambilan tanah seluas dua hektar bagi landasan untuk switching/shunting,” katanya pada persidangan Dewan Undangan Negeri Johor di Bangunan Sultan Ismail di sini hari ini. Menurut beliau, jawatankuasa khas itu telah bersidang sebanyak dua kali termasuk mendengar pembentangan daripada dua konsortium yang mencadangkan sistem pengangkutan awam LRT dan ART.
