Two popular Korean dramas, Iron Family and The Tale of Lady Ok, achieved record-high viewership ratings in the lead-up to their final episodes.
On January 12, the long-running weekend drama achieved its highest ratings yet ahead of the final two weeks of its run. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of “Iron Family” scored an average nationwide rating of 19.6 percent, making it the most-watched show of any kind to air this entire week.
Meanwhile, JTBC’s “The Tale of Lady Ok” climbed back up to an average nationwide rating of 9.2 percent ahead of its own final two weeks.
