However, the Brazilians dismantled co-coaching system in October last year that had Rulani Mokwena and Manqoba Mngqithi as co-coaches and Komphela as a senior coach, after the management was not happy with the performances. That resulted in Mokwena elevated to a head coaching position while Komphela was promoted to assistant coach and Mngqithi demoted to become the senior coach.
"And sometimes a confrontation that is more like simmering, even in the silence you can feel that there's something about to clash here, so it's normal for coaches because brains is brains and where there's brains working there's gonna be difference of opinion. But it needs maturity to merge those differences."
