The event is free to those who register.PEPPER PIKE, Ohio -- On the eve of its 85th anniversary, the Kol Israel Foundation will conduct a panel discussion on the lessons of Kristallnacht.
The Nazis described the acts as justifiable, stating that they were a spontaneous reaction to the killing in Paris of German diplomatic official Ernst vom Rath. Panel members will be Mark Swaim-Fox, executive director of Facing History and Ourselves; Kristallnacht survivor and Kol Israel Foundation board member Harry J. Abraham; and Mark B.
