: Kementerian Kesihatan mengambil maklum berhubung laporan The Thai Pesticide Alert Network serta beberapa media tempatan berkaitan anggur Shine Muscat yang mengandungi residu racun perosak melebihi kadar maksimum yang dibenarkan .
Katanya di Malaysia residu racun perosak dikawal di bawah Peraturan 41, Peraturan-Peraturan Makanan 1985 yang turut merujuk kepada standard antarabangsa Codex. “PKKM telah mengambil tindakan penguatkuasaan ke atas sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan import yang tidak mematuhi MRL termasuk arahan penarikan balik produk di seluruh negara, pelupusan, re-eksport atau pendakwaan kes,” menurut KKM.
