Terdahulu, media melaporkan, dua ahli UMNO itu menghantar aduan berkaitan usul tambahan yang diluluskan semasa Perhimpunan Agung UMNO 2022 berkaitan jawatan Presiden dan Timbalan Presiden tidak dipertandingkan pada pemilihan parti akan datang. Aduan itu dikemukakan oleh ahli UMNO Bahagian Kuala Nerus, Muhammad Aizat Fikri Mohd Nasir dan ahli UMNO Seremban, Muhammad Fiqri Firdaus Muhammad Rom.
Mereka berharap RoS dapat menentukan sekiranya terdapat pertikaian terhadap usul tambahan yang dibawa pada perhimpunan lepas. Ia susulan ramai mendakwa usul tambahan yang diperkenalkan perwakilan Negeri Sembilan semasa menjadi pencadang usul Ucapan Dasar Presiden itu melanggar Perlembagaan parti itu. – UTUSAN
