KLANG: DAP stalwart Tan Sri Lim Kit Siang made an appearance at Taman Eng Ann area here to support the party's candidate for the Bandar Baru Klang state seat, Dr Quah Perng Fei.
He was accompanied by Selangor DAP secretary Wong Sze Han and spent time with party workers and local residents for a cuppa at a kopitiam before going on a walkabout at the nearby market area.
"Let's come out and vote on Aug 12, everyone. It's important to have a high voter turnout to ensure a positive electoral outcome in the six states," he said. "Please support our candidate and give him an opportunity to serve. We must maintain the Selangor state government, ensuring a diverse, prosperous, and progressive Selangor," he said.
