Maybe he wants to channel that energy into the hyperbaric chamber business he’s a part of, but maybe he’ll get the itch to coach again.Ain’t it funny how football — or life — works sometimes? After an extensive search last year, general manager George Paton made one of the worst hires in team history when he named Nathaniel Hackett as coach. When nobody else wanted the temporary duty to replace Hackett after the Christmas Day Meltdown, the Broncos turned to Rosburg.

Special teams remained inconsistent — a great game against Kansas City and a bad one against the Chargers — but Justin Outten did a nice job calling plays and it appeared to work nicely having Klint Kubiak back on the sideline with Wilson. Not only that, but Denver rushed for 205 yards on Sunday. 205! That’s by far a season-best and 100-plus more than the Broncos managed in 10 of their other 16 games.
