We chat with SecretInvasion star Kingsley Ben-Adir about Gravik's connection to Nick Fury, why he is so angry, and how he could become Super-Skrull:
Secret Invasion follows Nick Fury as he uncovers a terrifying Skrull conspiracy to use their shape-shifting abilities to take over positions of power around the globe. Fury must turn to his old allies, including Talos and Maria Hill, to help him unravel this plot and stop the Skrull. However, the question of who can be trusted has become more important than ever with the dangerous possibility that anyone could be a Skrull.
Kinsley Ben-Adir spoke with Screen Rant about his Secret Invasion villain. He discussed Gravik's ties to Nick Fury's past and what motivates his rage. Ben-Adir also teased that his goals could potentially change the MCU with Super-Skrull. That's the thing about this show, right? You can't trust anyone and I feel like nobody is safe. The stakes are just so much higher than any other of the MCU shows.
Kingsley Ben-Adir: Right. So there's something about them not knowing who's who that brings that tension. Kingsley Ben-Adir: At any moment. That's great. Kingsley Ben-Adir: That's an interesting question. That's kind of the whole backstory.
