King Charles is the step-father to Queen Consort Camilla's two children
During his first address to the United Kingdom as monarch on Friday 9 September, King Charles reflected on how the death of Queen Elizabeth II would change the royal family.
Speaking from the Blue Drawing Room at Buckingham Palace, he said: “As my Heir, William now assumes the Scottish titles which have meant so much to me. He succeeds me as Duke of Cornwall.” But besides being the father of 40 year old William and 38 year old Harry, Charles is the stepfather to Queen Consort Camilla ’s two children, Tom Parker Bowles and Laura Lopes.
