Grant Hollywood won’t be charging customers over the age of 65 call-out fees if their boiler goes bust this winter

A caring businessman is doing all he can to make sure people don't go without heating or hot water this winter. The kind-hearted business-owner, who has been running Hollywood plumbing service ltd since 2019, wants to help Glasgow's most vulnerable get through the treacherous winter months ahead.

What's even better is that he won’t be charging a call-out fee for over 65s, which will come as a relief to many as the cost of living crisis continues to cripple struggling Glaswegians. The 27-year-old, from Kilmarnock, said: “Don’t panic or stress yourselves. Give me a phone and if I can’t make it to you then I’ll give you as much advice as I can over the phone to try and resolve an issue.

“I like to make people happy and don’t want them to go without this winter. I want to help people and get them warm.
