Biermann alleged in court filings that his and Zolciak’s four children need protection from their mom, claiming she has been “abusive” toward him.
“It’s really sad the way Kroy is causing our divorce to play out in the media like this because it could have a profound effect on our children in the long run,” the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum’s lawyer told the outlet Tuesday.
The statement went on to accuse Biermann, 37, of attempting “to paint Kim as an unfit mother” to Kroy, 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9, “for his own gain.”Instagram/@kimzolciakbiermannZolciak believes his “lies” will have a “profound effect” on their family.Zolciak’s attorney also alleged that the 45-year-old’s estranged husband has subjected her to years of “emotional and mental abuse,” which have “taken a toll” on the entire family.
“Kim has always been an extremely devoted mother to her children,” the statement concluded. “They are her entire world, and she is always there to love and support them every step of the way.”Earlier that same day, Page Six reported that Biermann had requested in new court documents that his kids be provided with a legal guardian.
