, Kim and big sister Kourtney Kardashian, are both seen wearing tops that inexplicably match the couch they're hanging out on. "Kourtney, you have a really big spot on the top of your head," Kim says, telling Kourtney to look down so she can get a better view. She sees what appears to be a small area of scalp that doesn't have much hair coverage, making her gasp. "Kourtney, oh my god, I'm afraid for your life.
Kourtney, staying calmer than Kim, replies, "No, but I feel it. It's a hole in my head." OK, that's still pretty dramatic. It's not an actual hole in her head. "I swear it's from my ponytail. It was so tight that I had a bump on my head like this," she continues, referring to the super-high ponytail she wore to February's amfAR Gala.
Instead of taking this opportunity to ease Kourtney's mind about the patch of hair loss, Kim dials up the panic, saying, "Your hair is gone. You're bald." For the record, Kourtney still has plenty of hair. But then, taking out her phone to get a picture of the spot, Kim makes quite the disproportionate recommendation: "Kourtney, you have to go to the hospital right now." She declines.
