Kim Kardashian celebrated her 43rd birthday in a look that was half dress, half bikini.

So, when it came time for her 43rd birthday party, Kim combined the best of both worlds into one look that was half dress, half bikini.
On Friday, the SKIMs founder stepped out to celebrate her special day at Funke restaurant in Beverly Hills, wearing a vibrant red dress with cutouts and strings tied together down the sides and an assortment of crisscrossing straps at the neckline much like a bikini top. Kim accessorized with orange strappy heels and nighttime sunglasses to block out the paparazzi's camera's flashes.
The next morning, Kris posted a sweet birthday tribute to Kim on Instagram. "Happy birthday to my beautiful girl @kimkardashian," she wrote alongside a slideshow of throwback snaps of the mother-daughter duo. "I fell in love with you the moment we met and I’ve been obsessed with you ever since. I feel so blessed to be your mommy and I am so incredibly proud of you every single day.
She concluded, "I admire you more than you know, and I want you to know that you are an inspiration to so many, but especially me.
