Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finalized their divorce Monday, ironing out their custody and property issues, TMZ is reporting.
The outlet is reporting Kardashian and West will get joint custody with “equal access” to their four children, but a source reportedly told TMZ Kardashian will have the kids most of the time.
As such, West will pay Kardashian $200,000 a month in child support and will be responsible for half of their kids’ educational expenses, including tuition, and half of their children’s security expenses, according to the outlet. The former couple has reportedly agreed they will participate in mediation if a dispute arises. If one of them fails to participate, the other gets to make the decision by default, TMZ reported.
The division of assets is in accordance with their prenup, which also reportedly requires that both sides waive spousal support. She and West share four children, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
