Investigators are trying piece together whether Roy Den Hollander of New York City — who is suspected of killing a federal judge's son and wounding her husband in New Jersey — might be the same man who killed lawyer Marc Angelucci.
CRESTLINE, Calif. — This bucolic mountain community is hardly the place that a national crime drama would be expected to play out, but the shooting death of an attorney has neighbors wondering about a car they saw circling the area recently.
In Crestline, Angelucci was slain at a home near Glenwood and Fernwood drives. Den Hollander, active in the same men's rights movement as Angelucci, featured a description of himself as an"anti-feminist lawyer" on his website. Neighbors say Angelucci was seen as just another friendly guy in Crestline, a small community nestled in the San Bernardino National Forest about 75 miles east of Los Angeles.
Den Hollander urges all men to"fight for their rights before they have no rights left." He includes a section called"girl jokes," which takes degrading aim at women.of simple fairness, rather than anger or bitterness, when it came to rights between women and men.
