I really love to read and listen to audio books. In a time like this, I recommend a book from an American Buddhist nun named Pema Chödrön called. I read it over and over again because it makes me really calm. The idea is to lean into whatever is happening, because even if what’s happening is awful, life is always happening simultaneously. We try to put things in boxes and compartmentalize and when you do that, you work against yourself, and that’s kind of the theme of the book.
