The Scotland international has offered his derby prediction ahead of the Premiership blockbuster on Sunday.
Former Celtic star Kieran Tierney let his Parkhead loyalty show as he hyped up his own derby day record against Rangers - as he lifted the lid on Brendan Rodgers ' pre-match pep talks.
Before making his move to Arsenal in 2019, he played a key role in famous victories for Celtic including a 4-0 win at Hampden and 5-0 at Parkhead - as as well as a 5-1 at Ibrox as well as a 3-2 victory in Govan with 10 men. And he reckons that former boss Rodgers will be the key to a win when travelling across the city on Sunday.
Speaking to The Sun: “It promises to be an incredible match. I really hope for a Celtic win, but I know how difficult it is going to Ibrox. It will be even tougher without any fans. "I know how important John Kennedy is. He is an amazing coach. I’ve seen it first-hand. He helped me massively — and I know there are numerous other players at Celtic who will say the same. I don’t think the team could have two better people in charge. They will keep the players calm and focused.
