A man accused who allegedly held a victim captive for two weeks, forcing her into sexual acts against her will, was arrested after a pursuit that spanned three Southern California counties, authorities said Monday.

When deputies arrived, they found Haynes' vehicle and tried to pull him over but he fled and began leading officers on a pursuit.During the chase, a deputy was injured when a sheriff's patrol vehicle got into a crash with two other motorists, sheriff's officials said. The deputy was taken to a hospital for treatment and released.Law enforcement officers in Riverside County later found Haynes and he led them on a chase that traveled into San Diego County.
