Kevin Spacey pleaded not guilty to seven sexual assault charges in the United Kingdom as the actor continues to battle various allegations of sex crimes in multiple countries.
The seven charges against the 63-year-old actor stem from various alleged incidents with one man from 2001 to 2004. The charges against Spacey include a single count of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent, three counts of sexual assault, and three counts of indecent assault.Spacey faces these charges in addition to four other charges in the United Kingdom, which he pleaded not guilty to in July 2022.
Various allegations of sexual assault in 2017 effectively ended Spacey's career, with him losing his role in the final season of House of Cards and being edited out of the film All the Money in the World. Spacey has insisted on his innocence against all accusations.
