The Ohio Parole Board recommended against clemency for inmate Kevin Keith, who is the subject of a Kim Kardashian podcast.
Keith had his capital punishment sentence commuted in September 2010 by then Gov. Ted Strickland to life without the possibility of parole.He was convicted in 1995 for the slayings in what police called a revenge killing over drugs.
The victims were Marichell Chatman, 24; her 4-year-old daughter, Marchae; and Chatman's aunt, Linda Chatman. Three others, including two children, survived their wounds.The parole board voted 5-0 against a pardon for Keith. Its recommendation now goes to Gov. Mike DeWine, who makes the ultimate decision on clemency matters.
