EverythingEverywhereAllAtOnce star Ke Huy Quan talks about his exciting call from Kevin Feige, who offered him a role in the MCU, and what that meant to him since his acting comeback.
Kevin Feige, the head of Marvel Studios, reached out to Everything Everywhere All At Once star Ke Huy Quan to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe for Loki season 2. Quan, who first appeared in prominent roles in the mid-1980s with Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and The Goonies, blasted back into stardom with the release of Everything Everywhere All At Once after years of relatively minor roles and an extended break from acting.
While many actors have played multiple roles in the MCU, such as co-star Michelle Yeoh, Quan's appearance in the upcoming Loki season 2 will be his first. In an interview on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Quan discussed how much the personal invitation meant to him, especially after years in acting limbo.
