Pope’s hearing was revealing showing she can’t seem to follow the rules in prison either. 2 News Investigates obtained jail recordings before she was convicted and sent to prison for killing Season Dow, 43 and her son Toby, 16, Pope saw our investigation on 2 News at 10 on Monday night and weighed in during her parole hearing.

On November 17, 2021, approximately 17 days after the deadly wreck Kesley is heard telling her dad she’s relieved. “I’m just so glad that it’s my first offense ever,” she said. Jeff is heard saying, “They're some at fault already with them being on the freeway out of gas, that’s against the law.” Kesley says, “Yeah.”During Kesley’s parole hearing on Tuesday she said she saw the report on 2 News. She told parole board member Hills, “I want to apologize because I was thrown off by this news segment that I saw last night. I'm so sorry for some of the things my family has said.
