TENOM: Perbicaraan kes gangguan seksual membabitkan pendakwah terkenal, Ebit Lew atau nama sebenarnya, Ebit Irawan Ibrahim Lew ,38, akan disambung pada 9 hingga 11 Disember depan.
Majistret Nur Asyraf Zolhani turut menetapkan 14 hingga 17 Januari dan 4 hingga 7 Februari 2025 sebagai tarikh perbicaraan seterusnya.
Mahkamah turut membenarkan perbicaraan esok dikosongkan setelah kedua-dua pihak pendakwaan dan pembelaan bersetuju untuk mengosongkan tarikh tersebut. Ebit Lew berdepan 11 pertuduhan gangguan seksual iaitu membuat hantaran gambar dan perkataan lucah dengan maksud mengaibkan kehormatan seorang wanita melalui aplikasi WhatsApp yang didakwa berlaku di daerah Tenom antara 29 Mac hingga 18 Jun 2021.
