Kerajaan sediakan jaminan RM5 bilion, mudahkan rakyat miliki rumah idaman BERITA NASIONAL TERKINI

Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim memberitahu, kerajaan mendengar keluh kesah rakyat berkaitan hasrat untuk memiliki rumah pertama yang tertangguh kerana tidak mampu menyediakan deposit pembelian rumah.

“Maka, kerajaan menambah baik skim pinjaman di bawah Syarikat Jaminan Kredit Perumahan dengan menyediakan jaminan pembiayaan sehingga 120 peratus dari harga rumah bernilai sehingga RM300,000. “Jaminan 120 peratus akan membolehkan semua kos-kos pemilikan rumah ditampung melalui pinjaman termasuk jumlah pembiayaan pokok, yuran guaman, yuran penilaian dan insurans serta pembelian perabot dan kos ubahsuai.Majlis Pelancaran Ekonomi Madani: Memperkasa Rakyat di Suruhanjaya Sekuriti, Bukit Kiara di sini hari ini. – UTUSAN
